Navigating crazy queues, yoga style!

Jeez, being British, a Lononder, Tube user and always in a rush, is enough to tip anyone over the edge. But let's look at the yoga-opporunties or yo-pportunities ;-):

1. If I knew how to meditate on demand, this would be the place and time.

2. Walking/shuffling slowly through crowds, always brings out the worst in my posture. So instead of rollin lazily to the outside of my feet (my worst habit), I'll practice shuffling on the inside edges of my feet and try to make sure my big toe is leading. Tube yoga anyone?

3. Focus on breathing, I'll will stop me getting angry!

4. Try not to think I'll be better on a beautiful beach somewhere, and rememeber I live in a wonderful city with theatres, galleries, wonderful restaurants and unlimited choice of yoga classes ;-)

I just need to avoid looking at my fellow angry tube travellers, cos they don't look like they're feeling it.

Hmmmmm
