Think you're stiff to do yoga?

I’ve always felt that I’m too stiff to do yoga. And on days that I have a sore back, or painful knees that little gremlin in my head tells me to 'stay home and not bother going to class'. Recently Peter Clifford, one the most inspiring teachers I’ve practiced with, shared a simple and motivating dialogue: "Saying I’m too stiff to do yoga, is like saying you’re too dirty to have a bath!"

I feel especially dirty today, so off to class I go!
