How to deal with bad day!

Not a good yoga practice today. I’ve been feeling this way quite a bit lately!
Today:
  1. I was stiff all over
  2. My wrists were sore
  3. Energy levels were rock bottom
  4. Throughout my class I got sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach and a pinched tightness at the back of my throat, the kind of feeling you sometimes get before you cry.
  5. Everything felt wrong today.
But despite all that, walking back from class I still felt better than I did before I went into class.
And for today that's enough to be thankful for.
