Think you can’t meditate? Think again!

In both these articles I was barking up the wrong tree, because I thought the ultimate idea was to clear my mind. It’s liberating to know this is not the case. To start on the path to mindfulness and meditation, the first step is to find something to focus on. So for me a simple story based meditation or a Yoga Nidra at the end of a physical yoga class if a perfect place to start.

So if you can enjoy a story you can enjoy many forms of meditation.

As a result I’ve written a simple 16 minute mediation for all of you out there that don’t believe mediation is possible for you. Just lie there and listen to the words and see where it takes you. And remember you’ll be listening to words spoken and created by someone who never felt meditation was possible for him. Enjoy xxxxx
