I'm glad Yoda isn't my yoga teacher.

Good class today and quite focused, until halfway, when I randomly remembered a teacher quoting Yoda is a class a couple of years back.

“Do or do not, there is no try" The teacher suddenly exclaimed.

Maybe this memory popped into my mind because my practice was going OK today. I wasn’t giving myself a hard time as I often do. I was just 'trying' my best, without worrying how well I was 'doing’ .

I love Yoda, but I'm glad he's not my yoga teacher.
