Dance, Hug, Love: Yoga Ibiza style

I’ve just come back from my wedding anniversary week long celebration in Ibiza. I won’t bore you with the details, apart from some nuggets of yoga magic that I learned!

1. Open your heart and everything good comes to you
2. …then your heart opens some more…and things get even better!
3. A little bit (and sometimes a lot) of what makes you happy is nurturing, just don’t over do one thing!
4. If you can take friends from different parts of your life, family from different generations, mix it up and laugh, try it. It could go horribly wrong. But it might go beautifully right as it did in this case. I now believe anything is possible
5….treat your family like friends, and your friends like family (see above)
6. Dressing up and dancing are as good for you as yoga!
7. Dancing for a week helps you tone up and lose weight, my mirror and scales don’t lie
8. Laughing with joy makes you suntan look more golden
9. Food is love, especially healthy tasty food and it gives you energy to dance
10. The less you care about how other perceive you, the more people care
