Coffee & Yoga: Should we or shouldn't we?

When it comes to yoga, is coffee the devil?
I’ve given up caffeine almost as many times as sugar! But some mornings I just can’t make it out the door without my freshly pressed cup of Java!

If I dose it too high, or time it wrong, I want to throw up in class. Indeed some yogis tut and frown at the mention of coffee before class.
But surely it’s better to get to class in the first place?

I’d be very interested to hear other experiences and views?….
